Our Mission

Operation Backpack collects NEW backpacks for abused children entering foster care.

Most children are not given the opportunity to gather anything personal, while being removed from the only home they have ever known.

The traumas these children have suffered are unimaginable,

yet happen every hour,

of every day.

We are hoping this backpack filled with fun, miscellaneous items, will offer the children some sort of comfort while adjusting to their "new home."
